Celebrate Our Legacy at the 81st Founders’ Day Luncheon
Join the New Haven Club of NANBPWC, Inc. as we come together to honor 81 years of service, leadership, and community impact at our 81st Founders’ Day Luncheon. This signature event will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at the beautiful Amarante’s Sea Cliff in New Haven, overlooking the water. Doors will open at 12:30 PM, and the program will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.
This year, we are honored to present the Sojourner Truth Award, the highest recognition given within our association, to Constance Royster. This prestigious award acknowledges individuals whose extraordinary achievements and commitment to justice, education, and service exemplify the legacy of Sojourner Truth, a trailblazing advocate for equality and empowerment. Constance Royster’s dedication to these ideals makes her a true embodiment of the spirit of this award.
We will also celebrate the outstanding contributions of Fay Seaforth and Marinda Monfilston, who will receive President’s Appreciation Awards for their unwavering commitment to advancing the mission of our club. Additionally, we are proud to invest in the future by awarding scholarships to deserving students, including the Rosemary Bess Scholarship for an incoming freshman and the inaugural Estelle Thorpe Adult Nursing Scholarship.
Don’t miss this inspiring afternoon of celebration, fellowship, and recognition of those who exemplify excellence, service, and leadership. Reserve your seat today and join us in celebrating our rich legacy and the bright future ahead.
